TIKC #2 March 2026 Archive Edition

March’s feature is Vietnamese Sizzling Beef (Bò Né, or “dodging beef”), a Vietnamese-style steak that began as a beloved street food in Saigon before making its way onto tables across the country.

Inside, you’ll find a hand-illustrated art print of the dish (with cooking directions on the back and a little space for your own notes), along with a personal letter sharing the story behind this month’s recipe. There’s also some small extra treats: a juicy tomato vinyl sticker and 02 mini Grocery List sheets ready for you to write down whatever you need for your food shopping.

As this is an archive edition, the original monthly letters are not included. They were written to reflect the thoughts, feelings, and small moments of that time, and belong to the original mailing experience they were created in.

Each archive edition is wrapped in a standard illustrated wrapping paper and packed inside the signature dreamy purple envelope, intentionally designed to stand out from bills, official letters, and anything that sounds remotely serious.
