Packaging

  • All items are carefully packed using protective materials, such as tissue paper, bubble wrap, or carton boxes, to ensure your order arrives safely.
  • Every order includes a little thank-you note and a cute sticker as a token of appreciation!

Customs and Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon arrival in their country.
  • I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • For lost items, I’ll work with you to file a claim with the postal service. Please allow time for investigation and resolution.
