I want you to love your handmade and illustrated creations as much as I love making them! However, if there’s an issue with your order, I’m here to help. Please read our policies below carefully:
Returns and Exchanges
- I accept exchanges for general products if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if I’ve made a mistake with your order.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Please note that the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective, or if an exchange isn’t possible.
- To request a refund, please email me via Contact page or DM me via Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue attached.
- Once the return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Damages and Issues
- I take great care in packing and shipping your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately.
- To address the issue quickly, include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery.
Postal Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs unless otherwise stated.
- I recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item arrives safely.
