Where do you ship to?
Currently, I ship within the UK. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer international shipping at this time, but I hope to expand soon—stay tuned!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days via Royal Mail. First Class delivery is available for an additional charge if you’d like your order sooner.
Can I request a custom or personalised product?
Absolutely! I love working on custom orders, whether it’s personalised cards, stickers, or other creations. Feel free to reach out with your ideas, and I’ll do my best to bring them to life.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since most of my items are handmade or personalised, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. However, if there’s an issue, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll be happy to help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! I take extra care to pack everything securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
How do I care for my handmade clay items?
Clay items like earrings, pins, and magnets should be handled gently. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals, and store them in a dry place.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, I can accommodate bulk orders for special events or occasions! Please contact me directly to discuss details, pricing, and timelines.
Do you include freebies in orders?
Yes! Every order comes with a cute freebie sticker as a thank-you for your support.
