About June Mail
June’s featured dish is Buttery Grilled Beef Baguette. It is a fusion of Cambodian style grilled beef and the classic Saigon baguette, bringing together smoky lemongrass marinated beef tucked into warm crisp bread, layered with rich Vietnamese butter mayo, tangy pickles, fresh herbs, and a touch of chili sauce.
It is simple yet full of flavour, familiar yet slightly unexpected, and a perfectly comforting idea for a warm weather dinner.
