About May’s Mail
This month’s feature dish is a Vietnamese grilled pork noodle bowl, a quietly famous favourite among my friends. This dish is something I’ve been asked to share more times than I could count. It’s now brought to life through illustration, with a recipe refined and perfected over the years, and handmade details designed to gently reflect the colours and warmth of Vietnam, from flavour to visuals.
